Leila is a seasoned global business leader with a strong track record across technology delivery, consulting, and strategic growth. She has led large-scale transformation and business expansion for organisations including Tech Mahindra, British Telecom, UBS, and Mastercard’s Vocalink—driving and managing multimillion-dollar engagements across India, the UK, and Europe.
After successfully leading Tech Mahindra’s key strategic accounts in the UK and India, Leila transitioned into entrepreneurship, co-founding companies in AI strategy and consulting. She later founded Piruze Consulting in 2025 to support high-growth and innovative companies in their scale-up and expansion journeys.
Recognised for her deep understanding of business ecosystems, trusted CXO-level relationships, and her ability to turn partnerships into measurable outcomes, Leila brings a rare blend of strategic vision, operational clarity, and execution discipline.
